US  INVITE TO NARENDER MODI  : JOLLY

Ahmadabad, 28th March 2013 :  Senior US Congressman visiting India & State of Gujarat today met Chief Minister Narendra Modi at his residence at Gandhi Nagar . US Congressman Mr Aaron Schock Leader of Delegation from State of Illinois along with Mrs. Cathy McMorris Rodgers from State of Washington and Mrs. Cynthia M. Lumis from the State of Wyoming along with a 7 member US business leaders delegation led by Chicago Punjabi NRI Mr Shalabh Kumar and BJP Overseas Affairs leader Mr Vijay Jolly attended the two and half hours

long meeting.

The US Congressman extended an invitation to Gujarat Chief Minister Mr Narendra Modi to visit United States of America soon. The C.M accepted their invite promptly and smilingly. The issue of visa was never discussed in the meeting. It is important to state that in recent years, this is the highest point of contact between the US elected Officials and the Chief Minister of Gujarat stated OFBJP leader Mr Jolly.

To promote people to people contacts & diplomacy and under Global Community Over reach program, the US based NIAPPI led by its Chairman Mr Shalabh Kumar and India based Delhi Study Group led by BJP Convenor Overseas Affairs Mr Vijay Jolly joined hands to make this program a grand success. People in India and US worked hard for more than 14 to 15 hours a day for this global connectivity to happen and public diplomacy to succeed stated OFBJP leader Mr Vijay Jolly at Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

A video presentation on the state of good governance in Gujarat was shown to the US guests. The success story of Gujarat infrastructure development,  the state of power surplusness in Gujarat,  inclusive phenomenal growth rate in Gujarat, 25% contribution of Gujarat  in overall exports of India, round the clock electricity supply in rural & urban areas in Gujarat, 100% internet connectivity at primary school level in Gujarat, enactment of SIR Act of 2009, the dedicated 1483 kilometers long freight corridor from Dadri to JNPT, Gujarat  ect were showcased to the visiting US political & business leaders. The CM Gujarat Mr Narendra Modi presented bouquets of roses to all the delegates. Tea, coffee, cold drinks, vegetarian sandwitches and cashew nuts were offered to the guests in the meeting.

Gujarat Chief Minister Mr Narendra Modi expressed concern on cross border terrorism eminating from Pakistan and resulting in bomb blasts killing thousands of innocent Indians in various states of India. Issues relating to environment, power generation, identifying alternate sources of energy, strengthening democracy and increased participation of US private sector investments in infrastructure-development sectors were roundly discussed in the meeting stated OFBJP Convenor Mr Vijay Jolly.

Latter a Press Conference was addressed at Ahmadabad by Mr Shalabh Kumar, Mr Aaron Schock, Mr Vijay Jolly, Mrs. Cathy M. Rodgers and Mrs Cynthia Lummis where heaps of praise and admiration for Mr Modi and his style of Good Governance were expressed .

अमेरिकी सांसदों व व्यापारिक नेताओं की भारत यात्रा
गुजरात में पहला पड़ाव व नरेन्द्र मोदी से मुलाकात

नई दिल्ली, 25 मार्च 2013: भाजपा प्रवासी विभाग संयोजक व अध्यक्ष दिल्ली स्ट्डी ग्रंुप श्री विजय जौली ने आज दिल्ली में आयोजित संवादाता सम्मेलन में घोषणा की कि अमेरिका का एक उच्च स्तरीय सांसदों का प्रतिनिधिमण्डल भारत की यात्रा पर आ रहा है। इसका नेतृत्व अमेरिका के इलिनॉय शहर के सांसद श्री आरेन सॉक कर रहे हैं। तथा अमेरिकी व्यापारिक नेताओं की अगुवाई प्रमुख पंजाबी प्रवासी भारतीय व व्थ्ठश्रच् सदस्य शलभ कुमार कर रहे हैं।
श्री जौली ने बताया कि यह कार्यक्रम ‘‘वैश्विक समुदाय से संवाद’’ तथा ‘‘पीपल टू पीपल संपर्क व कूटनीति की योजना’’ के तहत आयोजित किया जा रहा है। यह संयुक्त प्रयास दुनियॉ के दो सबसे बड़े लोकतांत्रिक देशों की गैर सरकारी संस्थाओं, अमेरिका स्थित राष्ट्रीय भारतीय-अमेरिकी सार्वजनिक नीति संस्थान व भारत स्थित दिल्ली स्ट्डी ग्रुप के तत्वाधान में आयोजित किया गया है।
भाजपा नेता जौली ने बताया कि अमेरिका के उच्च स्तरीय प्रतिनधिमण्डल का भारत आने पर पहला पड़ाव गुजरात व नरेन्द्र मोदी से मुलाकात है। कई वर्षो बाद अमेरिकी सांसद नरेन्द्र मोदी से मिलकर अभिवादन व बातचीत करेंगे। यह कार्यक्रम हाल ही में ओएफबीजेपी द्वारा आयोजित नेरन्द्र मोदी की विडियो कन्फ्रेंसिंग द्वारा अमेरिका व कनाडा के नागरिकों को शनिवार 9 मार्च 2013 को सीधे संबोधन की कड़ी में अगला प्रभावी कार्यक्रम है।
श्री आरन साक के अतिरिक्त भारत यात्रा पर आने वाले सांसदों में अमेरिका के व्यामिंग राज्य की सांसद श्रीमती सिन्थिया लूमीस, इण्डियाना राज्य के सांसद श्री मर्लिन स्टूटजमैन तथा अमेरिकी संसद में रिपब्लिकन पार्टी की निर्वाचित नेता व वाशिंगटन सांसद श्रीमती कैथी एम. रोजर शामिल हैं।
भाजपा नेता श्री जौली ने बताया कि आगामी गुरूवार, 28 मार्च को गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी से प्रातः 10.30 बजे गॉधी नगर में मुलाकात व भेंट वार्ता होगी। गॉधी आश्रम, स्वामी नारायण मंदिर व नैनों कार फैक्टरी का दौरा तथा गुजरात के प्रमुख उद्योपतियों के साथ बैठक संपन्न होगी। गुजरात के चहुमुखी विकास व सुशासन पर विडियो फिल्म दिखाई जायेगी। तथा माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री मोदी 28 मार्च की शाम में अमेरिकी अतिथियों के सम्मान में रात्रि भोज का आयोजन कर रहे हैं।
30 व 31 मार्च को बेग्लौर व त्रिपुति, 2 अप्रैल को प्रातः राजघाट, उसके बाद 11.00 बजे लोकसभा में विपक्ष की नेता श्रीमती सुष्मा स्वराज जी से पार्लियामेंट हाऊस में मुलाकात होगी। इसके पश्चात वरिष्ठ भाजपा नेता श्री लाल कृष्ण आडवानी जी के निवास पर सायं 5.00 बजे चाय व चर्चा का सत्र रहेगा। उसी दिन रात्रि 7.30 बजे अशोका होटल, कन्वेंशन हॉल, नई दिल्ली में रात्रि भोज पर भाजपा राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष श्री राजनाथ सिंह जी मुख्य अतिथि व विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में भाजपा राष्ट्रीय महामंत्री संगठन श्री रामलाल जी उपस्थित रहेंगे। इस रात्रि भोज के दौरान भारतीय पारंपरिक नृत्व व भारतीय परिधानों का कार्यक्रम होगा। तत्तपश्चात बालीवुड सितारों द्वारा गीत व संगीत का रंगा रंग कार्यक्रम भी शामिल है। इस कार्यक्रम में विदेशी राजदूत व बुद्धिजीवी भी शामिल होंगे। बाद में आगरा, जयपुर, उदयपुर तथा अमृतसर स्थित स्वर्ण मंदिर में प्रार्थना तथा जलियावाला बाग का दौरा करेंगे।
